I attended a luncheon catered by Angel, and was amazed by the quality and diversity, especially of the raw foods (there was one cooked item). Since then I have tried to duplicate a couple of her creations, and , while good and consumed with enthusiasm by my family, my attempts didn’t come close to Angel’s work. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting an unusual, very healthy, and quite lovely presentation.

Over the Christmas Holidays, I was able to meet Angel Green, and sample a lunch of her angelfood delights.  About two dozen of us enjoyed a full series of courses from raw salads to scrumptious cherry brownies, and also an informational conversation about preparation and healthful benefits from Angel.  As a result, I asked her to prepare some veggie-burgers for my own holiday meal shortly afterwards, and found both the service, food and compliments from my family all fantastic.  We’ve really enjoyed meeting with Angel and patronizing this upcoming culinary artist!

December 2012 brought a rare and really extraordinary event to our home.   Angel Green came and brought her talent alive for us in the kitchen. With the greatest of ease she brought all this freshness and whipped up these lovely tasting sauces and salads with soup. Right there right now. It was fun watching her address all the produce she brought w/ her and the way she handled it w/ that special knife! It was a very dear time.  There was a depth of flavor all around. We had 7 people at the lunch table all ages, 14, 25, 30, 35, 57, 58 and 59 men and women. The conversation was lively and inquisitive. Angel is a lovely person w/ a delightful passion for food. Lucky us! Good wholesome food is a requirement in our lives and she embraces that w/ grace and knowledge.

Angel prepared a wonderful luncheon of healthy food for us.  I guess the best part was learning some secrets to preparing raw vegetables.  Kale and I have made a new acquaintance. I always cooked it before.  Now I love it raw!
